receptionist is very impolite and ill mannered. He needs to respect and behave well. I was asked to check out at 8 AM. When I asked him about 11 O clock check-out rule. he is very indecent in his response

Cleanliness is a myth here and the room window was broken also the bathroom ventilation window was way too open. The ceiling was very low "try not to raise your hands"
