The hotel was neat and clean. The double deluxe room matched the picture. The washroom was clean, with functioning toilet jet and taps. Conveniently located near the bus stand, just across from Durga Mata's temple on Mall Road. Helpful reception staff. Attached is the view from a double deluxe room window.

Worst experience ever! They didn't even put a towel or soap which are basic amenities. I had to call every single time for a small thing. Gyeser wasn't even working. Though, they provided us the room to change clothes the next day when we were wet by rain.

it's situated just walking distance from Roadways bus stand...nice rooms, neat and clean. rooms are too spacious and well maintained

everything was good rooms & bathroom were clean, only thing was they should provide heater to everybody rest everything was very good hotel management was very co-operative.

excellent hotel. staff very cooperative. on mall road . enjoyed lively hussle bussle of bazar. spacious rooms. one wonders how could it be so cheap at mall road. good eating points taxi stand bus stop every thing is nearbymy wife likes shoping very much. located on main mall road the hotel is shopper paradisethe hotel owner cum manager is also nice lady she guided us well

if you visiting in winter better to avoid. its big window casues room to be cold. curtains are very thin. ever room heater Rs 500 per day chargable are not ok. better book hotel in siyal just beside mall road. lots of hotel there.Room was not cleanalso.Only two dim light was there. need bright light in room.
