very bad experience about poor condition of room and breakfast. there was no choice except bread and butter and tea was chargeble in complementary breakfast.

Already shared photos - what steps you took
Complementary breakfast only one choice, others chargeable (Poori, Aloo parota, Bread) no fresh drinks, no hot beverages. Very worst
I hope that you are also done very unfair deals.

big room , bathroom shabby . geyser available. ac is there. food is average and high priced. good location. I travelled for work. wifi available.

Room was good, staff behaviour was decent, but bathrooms are horrible like sulav souchalaya. I have checked six rooms and found all bathrooms are uncleaned. Finally managed to stay in a room where bathroom was little better. Room telephone was out of order, but nobody came to repair the phone. There was no electric kettle in the room, but they came to provide tea leaf, milk etc., naturally we refused.

Rooms need an upgrade in terms of the premium being charged. The hotel needs to work on the service as well. Extremely lethargic staff. Very bad food though the prices are steep. And please ensure that the geyser works. it's more like a show piece in the toilet. walls were covered in damp. like please renovate your property properly. Please.

I have booked this hotel as it was showing near to bagdogra but when I Google it it showing 53km far from the airport.
I wants to cancel this booking but not getting any cancelation option.
