Did not allocate the same property that was showing in the details while booking. There was no wifi and i could not work as planned. These guys dont care. Cigarette stentch in the room. Disgusting stay.

Rooms were maintained well. It's a marriage hall with rooms, walls are slightly damaged, rooms are a bit older look. We booked 2 rooms and they gave connecting rooms, hotel is located at convinient place. Value for Money.

Rooms were as advertised. Big spacious rooms and bathrooms. These rooms are part of function hall and could be noisy.
During my stay there was no function, so I had no problem.

stay was gud.kindly give me discount.staff were polite and helpful.kindly provide electric kettle in the room.On the whole Hotel is very close to many temples and Mahamaham kulam.There r restaurants nearby and kumbakonam railway station is within a vicinity of 1 km

Rooms were not neat. It was smelling a lot. Had issues with AC as well. The stay was not Rayas Standard

They didn't provide 3 Adult room.
Worst reception. Manager was rude. I actually booked for 3 Adult standard room. Rayas allowed to stay in 2 adult standard room.

Rayas Executive Homes is a great place to stay. Mr Ramachandran was very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend Rayas Exec Homes
