I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed size was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The complimentary tea and coffee added a nice touch to the overall stay. The hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Amenities as mentioned in the list is not provided. It's the fifth time we are dealing with Reach Inn. Dental kit and Kettle was not there. We had to ask for kettle three times then only they gave the kettle. Reception staff's attitude was not satisfying while check-in. Floor was sticky and foul smell. This is the first time we are getting such negative things from Reach Inn. Previous four times it was awesome. I suggest Reach Inn to monitor on providing amenities and coach their staffs properly on dealing guests. Check out time staff was so friendly we have dealt with him before also.

stay was good, it was third time we booked this hotel.we booked their king room which they provides mini refrigerator and dental kit. all the amenities are excellent except one thing felt was the ceiling fan was not in good working mode. and first time in our continous stay at reach inn, drinking water can was not refilled on time, we had to follow up two times for the same. rest all was awesome as usual and reach inn kept their standards top high. staffs and receptionist was good.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was a foul smell throughout. Additionally, the toilet flush was not working. Overall, we had a very bad experience during our stay

Stay was awesome. Very spacious room with minibar facility which served very relaxation from in hot summer. Food delivery peoples are allowed to delivery to our room. Very neat and tidy. Every facility was good as mentioned in Goibibo site. They are having soft drinks selling at the reception which make us more easy to buy without stepping out.
Very calm and relaxing atmosphere.
