hotel staff was good, cleanliness was not upto the mark, door bell was not working, some of the lights switches were not working. no proper toiletries in bathroom. less pressure in washroom.

Hotel is quite good clean and tidy. Staff is courteous. Only thing lacking there is no dining room and do room service only. It would be more convenient if the breakfast is served in Buffet form so people can chose what they want. Food serviced is very good and hygienic. That’s all for now.

Overall Stay was good. The room was nice and clean. Service was reasonably good though I expected a little better. The parking area was good along with the Location. Recommended Place.

1) No water in washroom. I asked explicitly good washroom, but the room which was given had faulty taps and no water. 2) Manager was very rude. He generated incorrect bill with some additional amounts randomly and forced me to pay saying that bill is now generated and I have to pay. He was not listening at all. Very rude behaviour with guests.

Please note that they don't have there own restaurant. Family/ group should avoid. They can arrange the outside food on request. They have there own kitchen but it is solely dependent on the availability of their chef. I have requested for breakfast at 7:30 but couldnt get it as the chef was not available.
