The staff is not well-trained and displayed rude behavior. Additionally, there was no butler available to assist with my luggage. When I requested help, they simply said they don’t have enough butlers and none were available at the moment.

hotel is average, with lot of noise from outside of room. also curtains are not proper , as early morning sun light enters into room through curtains. Also, there is water pressure issue on wash basin tap. i stayed at room 415 experience was average.
