The room service menu options are very limited and the prices are high by at least 15-25%. One roti for 129/-. My room's electric kettle was not working, and I had to request twice to get it repaired. It took an hour. Otherwise, it's worthy of 5 stars for the price. It's clean, well located, and functional as a business hotel.
