Check out time is 11 am is not okay
Hotel service is ok staff is ok but i ask for another day stay but they denied it they said room is not available

Extremely helpful and polite staff. Good food and room service. Cleanliness and house keeping was also good. The only issue was it's location, which is far off from the city centre, availability of cabs (uber) for local conveyance was not good from this location.
Over all it was a good experience.

room semi deluxe you booked for me was like cage.
you informed me I am prime customer and room upgradation will always there but I had to pay extra money to get out from the cage.

The staff was extremely kind to us, they were very well behaved and poised and Noori at breakfast was very sweet to us so was all the other staff!
They were very helpful and had clean rooms, bathrooms and a very clean hotel!

Pros: Hygienic, tasty complementary buffet for a 3 star.
New hotel so bed, sheets, mattress, AC everything is new.
Cons: Neighbourhood is bad almost like a basti.
Room was very compact like a hole in the wall. Toilet was so compact they put the shower above commode seat. No windows.
I felt I was given the worst room in the hotel. Either they should not give such rooms to guest or give it at half tariff. Tariff too high for such matchbox size room.
