Intercom was not working. Lock of bathroom was broken. Wifi also not working properly. Hotel has not his own parking. Kitchen not available. when I asked room service for food he replied we bring it from outside restaurant. Totally Disappointed. please avoid

Hotel Reception Staff is not Cooperative. One of the member of Reception was Rude. Its doesn't seems that he was dealing with the customer. He didn't use any foul language but was not polite either.

the rooms were not ready
it takes half an hour to ready it
our 1 hour was wasted
washroom were not having bucket
no warm water was available
there were no landline extension ph were available in rooms
water leakage was in bathrooms
bathrooms were not well cleaned
although rooms were nice
but service beahviour n hospitality was poor

we reached five hours late even the room was not ready clean ( even after cleaning bathroom was stinking and the person on reception was not co operative at all. overall we had worst experience at hotel regal

Room service was very slow if we compare the price, it was expensive...There were no towels provided in the washroom even after requesting so many times...
