Decent hotel with very helpful staff. One of us was on wheelchair and make shift wooden ramp at the entrance was very helpful. Breakfast had limited options but food was tasty. Hotel is located just besides Taj palace hotel hence key places like Gateway of India, Social, Leopold cafe, Mondegar cafe etc are near by walking distance.

Location is best part. Everything you want to see with family is near. The building is old but fairly well maintained. There was small insects in Room. A periodic pest control would help. We had triple bed and it was fairly comfy. Bathrooms are small and very less ventilation. having said that it is neatly maintained. Limited breakfast option and very good staff.

Bathroom had not ventilation and it was stinking alot. Hotel staff sprayed some deodorant twice but was not sufficient. There were mosquitoes and flies in the room. Any visitors not allowed in the room. My friends came to visit me but they were denied. This is not mentioned in your policies either.

hotel was not booked at all as informed by your call centre representative for which complaint lodged which is yet pending with you.
