The room was not clean, not hygienic
found insects in the room and on bed, and no complementary water bottles available in the room. one of worst experiences during corporate tour.

nice hotel, nice location, safe for women travelers, situated on main road, staff is cooperative, if room is available they allow early check in.

staff is polite and good.room service is prompt.only 3 issues we had 1) mentioned that fridge is provided, which was not available.2) room didn't have a window, so smoking in the room was not possible3) mentioned that there is a designated smoking room or area, which was not there..
