Overall its good for families for staycation. Beach is infront of property and is very easily accessible. They can work on improving quality of food served.

Pros:
1.Rooms and bathrooms are neat and organized.
2.They provide cycle for use inside the premises
3.Gym and pool
Cons:
The restaurant is a failure.
They are providing Orange Tang juice and grape pulp instead of fresh juices for breakfast and never expected this from a renowned hotel network like renai.
We ordered some of the items from the restaurant for dinner and except lime soda all were terrible.Cream of tomato soup was like tomato ketchup mixed with water and sweet corn chicken soup ...more

Staff and Cleanliness is very good; food is really good for Kerala style authentic dishes.
Few upgradations are required like Access Card based locking system. The restaurant opening time in the morning is 7.30 am which is really upsetting for a cup of tea required in the morning. Also the morning buffet spread can be a bit more good. Facilities and Amenities for Children can be increased.
