Location is superb.
Lots of steps to climb.
Lobbies were stinking of beedi.
Soaps, bathroom mats, towels, toilet tissues were provided only after asking.
Walls in the room had spit marks.
Matress and beds were old and made noise.
TV was not working in any rooms.
A heritage building needs proper maintenance.

You can experience the stay in an old Goan House at this Hotel. The Rooms are good and the location is great is you want to stay near the Casinos and Panjim.
The staff is very very nice and helpful. I chose the hotel as it was on the way of the Goa Carnival and stones throw away from Azad Maidan where the events were happening. Its not suggested for people with difficulty with Stairs as you cannot avoid them at all. as the floors and ceiling are mostly wood, its aged now and has worms as you wil ...more

The rooms are stinking. Leeches everywhere in the room. Washrooms stink with muddy water. No air condition or hot water. Dirty Linen. No mobile network or WiFi inside rooms. Checked out after a day
