the staff here is beyond amazing. special thanks to rakesh, roshan and peter… i’m sorry i forgot the managers name but they are all so polite and helpful it’s really surprising…. i’m not an easy person and despite my behaviour and crying they did not judge me and believed me and really tried to help me. they all went above and beyond. i probably won’t come back here again that’s because i’m embarrassed of the way i reacted and i did not expect such calm and respectful response in return!

my stay in a standard room was extremely disappointing. the room was cramped, the walls were peeling, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. to make matters worse, we were given towels that had stains on them, which was absolutely unacceptable. for all of this, *i can't believe i had to pay. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.*

very nice hotal. location is good and easy to reach. hotal staff behaviour specially Mr Rajesh is too Good. Always book this hotal when come to Mumbai.

My stay was excellent, I have booked a standard room but they have upgraded the room with no cost. Also the food was good and the staff was very cooperative. Just one concern is that the hotel does not have their own car parking...

Horrible experience. Reception staff is not supportive. No hotel parking. Room have pungent smell all the time. AC is not working sometime. Room is very small. Bathroom smells bad you don’t feel comfertable to use the same.

Really its superb trip and enjoyed alot at Hotel Residency Fort. The rooms are good but its very small rooms. Hotel Is situated on main part of city and surrounding areas are well connected. Behavior of all staff is too good and so much attention and care. Tasty and delicious breakfast and so much loved service staff. Overall my stay has been excellent🫰Very warm and welcoming staff who ensured our stay was made very comfortable

Review :
I loved my stay at the Residency Fort, Mumbai and would go back for sure.
The stay was good and the staff was also very helpful and friendly.
It is walking distance from the CSMT and very close to the sight seeing points.
I loved the area wise, to do paper itineraries that they had kept . Breakfast menu was good and the staff there was also helpful.
The only thing I didn’t like was that there was metro work going on (no noise) and had to take a long route to reach the hotel walking , but by taxi it won’t matter and it’s not the hotels fault .
The area is also very safe and quiet.
