Order not prepared and served on time, ac is not working properly, if something is not available and you ask for it they didn't inform you back, they denied for extra blanket, we complained for in very 1st hour of our stay no one come to see all over staff ignore the guest problem and didn't answer back

The experience was horrible n the most frustrating was the parking. If they cannot handle the cars they should not have taken care of it n then telling it is on owners risk. I have rented the car n on the last day they had dented it with a big patch for which i had to pay the company.
When I called them for the same before boarding my flight on 14th may evening they were not ready to accept n rather were rude n non cooperative.
Not recommendable at all.
