The Hotel Is Good With Good Atmosphere and Clean, Bit costly compared to other hotels. I was given a 3 Star rating because some things are not like, the Fan is not working in the 1 BHK flat and also the fan controller is not there in the room..

Too Overpriced. No lift, No intercomm, no sufficient staff, not even complimentary drinking water. AC, TV remotes were missing. Rooms smell of seepage. Way to Colva beach is isolated and dark and therefore, not walkable. Staff is friendly, but this place should not be charged this high, even in peak season. Felt a bit cheated.

Overall, it was an amazing experience staying here. Stay like this was heaven. It is in south goa and one of the best experience I had living here in 1 BHK. And as compared to 1 BhK, it was cheap. The facalities are amazing. It has pool to chill out with friends. And you can go to beach anytime as its just 1 km far from it. One of the best experience i had.

Nice complex with decent rooms. However, location is 1.6km from the beach so a bike is required to move around. Resort should provide facility of beverages and snacks as the nearest shops/restaurants are far away.
