Front desk manager was just wow. Very cool and decent. All the staffs are very supportive and attentive. Nice stay. 1st choice if you are going to board train. Platform -1 is just a blink away.

Booking was for 3no adults but the hotel provided only adouble bed.This was absolutely against payment contract,Manager of the hotel refused to allot 3 beded room.Moreover allotment of room was at 3rd floor,&due to huge power cut lifts were not available,TV, WIFI were not available. No ventillation was either in room or intoilet in non ac alloted room.onesided one no ceiling fan was not enough for cooling of entire room.Problem...problems...problems..
This type of hotel cannot be recommended to stay for others. Thanks

Not.a preferred hotel, location fine but very poor service and rude staff. Receptionist did not even care about arrival of guests and treated as If we were staying there for free

1)rooms were clean and tidy
2)but pricy for the room standard(non-ac)
3)very near to station
4)staff always asking for extra(bakshis) even the day guard also asking adamantly
