I’ve stayed at Hotel Ritulvy a couple of times last year and had a fairly decent experience. However, during my recent stay in one of the Premier rooms, I noticed some concerning issues that I hadn’t encountered before while staying in their Executive rooms.

overall experience was good,it's my 2nd time stayed here but the behaviour of manager mr.Tapas in the mrng was not good,it's not suits in this corporate.he was very rude to saying the statements.apart from this it's 5 star ⭐ ratings for others.
