Toilet have very foul smell and even after complaining and request for shifting into another room manager denied to change and only spread perfume which works for hardly an hour. for two days booking only one bathroom soap and one towel is given for two persons. breakfast is including in my package olny aaloo paratha, poha and tea is served for both dayschange in the menue. Wonderful experience to stay at Rockwood Hotel, Sisaldi. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Food is also good. This place is approx. 18 Km from main Lansdowne. However, you can cover all the sites within a day from here with personal vehicle or by hiring a taxi for a day. Recommend this place for people looking to stay in peace near Lansdowne. 👍

Horrible and Horrible and Horrible. It was pathetic. Bathroom was stinking. Food was absolutely disgusting and pathetic as if a horrific monstrosity is spreading its stinky limbs. Location is completely different from what it was mentioned before booking. Flies and insects were crawling out of the food that was served to us.Staffs were the rudest and not willing to cooperate and not giving a damn to serve the customers. It was a horrible stay overall and also the environment was absolutely horrendous. Please compensate us for this horrible stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We were 2 families and there was no rush at the hotel. My experience here was okayish, it could have been better but the manager was not bothered about it. Following are the key highlights. Pros- 1. Staff was polite and they act on every request pretty quick. Cons- 1. Hotel is located in a very peaceful place near to tadkeshwar temple, rooms are spacious and clean, balcony gives you excellent view of nature, but the facilities provided by the staff dissapoints you. Overall it was pleasant experience.
