i am not check in this hotel reason room & hotel is not good so many cockroach is there and mosquitois there . I told the hotel guys they told me we have only this room is available. and they told me that's your opinion you check in or not . that time we have not option to cancel my booking. please look into it . if possible to refund my amount.

My recent stay at the hotel was decidedly average. The food offerings were unremarkable, lacking any distinctiveness. A notable area of concern was the cleanliness of the dining facilities, which fell short of expectations and detracted from the overall dining experience. On a positive note, the hygiene standards in the guest rooms and other common areas were commendable, with visible efforts toward maintaining cleanliness. While the accommodation aspects were adequate, significant improvements in the dining area’s upkeep are essential to enhance the overall guest experience.

Initially when we arrived, there was no keycard in our room. Secondly the AC was not working fine and it was hot. We called maintenance and it was fixed later. Then the phone in the room was not working. I had to call three times to just fix it.

This hotel has always been excellent ..I have visited Delhi for past 6 odd years and have always stayed in both there hotels...This time they accomodated me in there New Apartment room and I loved the stay..Excellent breakfast..Cordial staff, clean room and fresh towels..everything was so good..loved the stay...will definitely recommend all to stay in new Apartment Rooms.. rohan

Average Experience. I would not prefer if you are seeking good service. Service was given by demand only. They will provide (Necessary included things) only if you would request for the same. Some staff of restaurant area will treat based on your room type. AC was not operating properly in the room. You will feel like 28/29 degrees when AC was set on lowest Temperature (Marked 10 degrees). Restaurant area is without fans and AC was not working at all during my stay.
