The stay,the place,the location are best. Very clam & peace enviroment.The owner the property is very friendly and good person. The propery is very good and well maintained.the very of the Kalimpong from here is lit👌🏻

Rooms are nice. Property is good. Food service is not upto the mark. Taste and Quantity both are not good. Outside food is not allowed too.

If you have a kid, property is not recommended. There were lots of mosquitoes, insects and other things. However I love the behaviour of the owner's family. Not worth the money paid.

The rate of food is high. They don't have a proper printed menu card. otherwise the place is good to stay.

Biggest Rating goes for the friendly and genial Mr. and Mrs. Gurung who were our host. Would love to revisit someday. A few more staff to clean the rooms would have made the place just perfect. Full marks on the lovely architecture of the cottage, surrounding greenery, homely food and lively conversation. The taxi service provider was also very prompt, although the rates were a tad higher

Roots Shoots and Beds. The first time, i stayed here was in 2016. I had been recommend by Brenda Haseldine of Australia. My kid was hardly 2 yrs old. We had a fabulous stay alongside Nature, Flowers and Orchids. It was the most fabulous trip ever. The hosts cared for myself and my family so much that i did not miss home. I found this Homestay very calm, close to Greenary and hospitable in every sense during my 2 days stay with Parents. The owner Mr. & Mrs. Gurung along with Kitchen cum service~attendant Dinesh, Sanjay et. al. all are extreme helpful and accessible. I highly recommend this place for a distant, peaceful stay in Kalimpong.
