Everything is top notch. Only Wi-Fi is not available. Complimentary breakfast and lunch or dinner. Behavior is also very good.

great stay. a bengali dada was there. he is too friendly and cooperative. overall stay was good, staffs are polite, helpful. food is great. kanchanjangha view can be seen from this resort.

stay was ok. but the hotel had problems with electricity and it seems there is a habbit of conserving electricity by turning off electricity at regular intervals specially during certain day times and night. these causes issues for residents to charge their phones / digital gears and also creates a problem of getting hot water which is absolutely essential at such high altitude

The location was nice, very close to the Safari counter. The hotel has a very well maintained garden surrounded by trees.
The room was very nice and clean, the attached bathroom was big and very clean.
Overall, I will recommend this to my friends and family.

Terrible experience at RoseDell Inn, Rishyap. Staff were unhelpful and rude, refusing to cooperate with even basic requests. Avoid at all costs!"
Not only did they fail to provide the promised complimentary breakfast, but they also refused to compensate for their oversight. Unacceptable service and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

1) First the room fare was charged excessively in the off season . 2) the room had no facility .wifi did not work, tv was there but no channels to view .geyser did not work .3) Whole night no electricity till next morning at 10.30 am.and the generator was also not switched on .only at 10.30 am next day generator was on for 15 mins and turned off immediately. 4)you cannot expect any water, tea or any service till 9.30 am morning as there were no service man or manager available .they will provide ...more
