Title: Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs
I don’t normally write reviews, but this hotel was so shockingly bad that I feel obligated to warn others.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was a disaster. The front desk staff was rude, disorganized, and acted like we were an inconvenience. Check-in took over 30 minutes even though there was no one else in line.

Entrance- There is no way to go inside the property as the car has been parked on the entry door.
Room-it's given on 3rd floor and there is no lift and staircase are huge.
Room- the door is not locking and broken.
Neee to call the recipent to lock the door.
Washroom- the handel of the washroom's door is broken.
Curtain- curtains of the windows are broken.
Cupboard - the door is not locking properly.
Tubelight - tubelight is lighting only half as it's fuse.

it was ok, as it is a guest house - it was good but not as a hotel room.
wifi was not working, tv was not working most of the time. rest all was good.
it was a good decent stay.
very near walkable distance about 200-300 meters to palolem beach .
