very badly managed room and not as per expectation … dirty lenin and behaviour of staff was not good …Horrible experience… Will never go to this hotel and not recomend it to any one …

There were irritating noise from ac duct because of big rats in that. I was disturbed whole night and couldn’t able to sleep. I will never stay again and inspite of this big issue no discount or refund is given. Poor experience

a/c was not working inspite of complaint on front desk, not solved, poor food & hiysekeeping too slow in service providing

On the name of AC, they are having this thing in the photo, no central AC working, it was merely 30 Celcius when we have been using AC from night, this is really not expected

Nice stay and experience as usual. I chose to stay here as they maintain good standards of Safety and cleanliness.
They had all the safety measures in place due to COVID .
All staff members were also wearing Masks / Gloves / FaceShield / PPE kits.
Recommended for a stay if you want a nice and safe place for your stay

I have stayed in this hotel many times. clean and good rooms with lot of amenities. Room service is good. breakfast is having lot of varieties and good taste. over all the stay was good.
