Rooms are very smelly and dirty
AC are not working in good condition

bad experience in property
rooms very-very dirty including bathroom, tv proper not working, 1st floor horrible part in property, roof-top not clean, not water in pool

stinky rooms , ac not working properly , front desk person is very arrogant , if you booking we are not responsible for room conditions , one service guy is very polite and humble, he some how manage the ac cooling after this only room is manage to stay

मैं 08–13 जुलाई, 2025 के दौरान MNIT जयपुर में एक कॉन्फ़्रेंस में भाग लेने के लिए जयपुर आया था। इस दौरान मेरा ठहराव होटल रॉयल एम्पायर (Hotel Royal Empire) में रहा, और मेरा अनुभव यहाँ बेहद सुखद और आरामदायक रहा।होटल रॉयल एम्पायर के कमरे बहुत ही बड़े और साफ़-सुथरे थे। सबसे अच्छी बात यह रही कि पूरे समय पानी की सुविधा उपलब्ध थी, और 24 घंटे गरम पानी भी आता था — जो कई होटलों में बड़ी समस्या होती है। होटल का स्टाफ़ भी शालीन, सहयोगी और व्यवहार कुशल था। यहाँ एक स्विमिंग पूल भी है, जो साफ़-सुथरा और अच्छी तर ...more

worst hotel n bad smell in toilets when we entered into room with zero maintainace n even after telling ntg done bsd smell for 2 days nit even changed room, worst service after asking iron for 10 times after 1 hr they gave iron n roof top bar n everything is closed but they don't mention in goibibo n when u ask they will some work is going on third class hotel
