Had a memorable stay in this wonderful property.Thanks operations for everything,especially providing us a room with a beautiful view .He offered us Namkeen chai which was badly needed at that time of the day.Room was neat and clean. of lidder restaurant provided us food with awesome service. overall stay was excellent.

saddened royal hilton pahalgam This was our fourth visit to Pahalgam Royal Hilton β a trip we had planned and pre-booked two months in advance. Sadly, the experience this time was deeply disappointing. Despite being loyal, repeat guests, we were told at check-in that the hotel was sold out and were handed one of the worst rooms available.There was no acknowledgment of our past stays, no effort to accommodate or upgrade, and certainly no sense of value placed on our continued patronage. It was not worth paying 17.5k for this hotel .
Many things were not maintained .
Food was costly . One water bottle costed 150 rupees

Hotel is fabulous and well maintained with nice food and prompt service....rooms and the entire hotel are well heated...... hotel is in the heart of pahalgam....so you easily get taxi services etc......view from the hotel is also mesmerizing.....I must say slightly overpriced but ......overall Fabulous....

Room was nice. View was also good from the window. Loved the breakfast. Everyone in the restaurant was ready to serve you. It was a decent spread with variety of north and south Indian options.
