Pathetic experience. Please avoid to book such kind of hotels. Rooms are very tiny & doesn't even had any ventilator which caused suffocation inside the room. No vantilator or exhaust fan in the bathroom also. Geyser is also not working. They did not even provided the minimum needs. Charged 1100 Rs. for extra bed.

The experience was pathetic, the bedsheets were not clean, bathroom was dirty and there was no blankets provided and the quality of the provided towel was so bad that nobody can even think of using it....

At first they provided me room, i checked and it was totally unclean, after that i requested them to change the room and they gave me room and it was also unclean. After complaining they showed me another 2 rooms near that room and both 2 rooms are also unclean. what type of customer service i got i don't understand. I paid for a Non AC unclean room. is this the customer satisfaction.

it was q very bad experience in hotel royal inn. room was full with the mosquitoes. bathroom was not clean. they have charged Rs. per night per room but the condition of the hotel is like Rs. 400/- per night per room. don't waste money in this hotel.
