hotel location was 50-55 steps up from the road and smell very dirty near entrance.
1.on the first night - room was observed with sigaret smell so informed to concern receptioniest and he only spray room freshener in the room but problem was the same and they didn't take any action against our problem.
2. on second night we faced problem of hot water gyser so we informed them at evening 7:00 o clock and plumber were working in our room till 10:15 pm and still problem was not solved only small amout of hot water we got next morning.
really horrible experience there.. waste of money and time.
