stay was average. hospitality was very average. rooms were not very clean i can find hairs on my bed just after entering. even kettle was not available, no handwash. photos online are misleading.

The hotel is running without management. First of all they gave very dirty room which was not ready. Thereafter changed the room.No, liquid or soap for handwash, no toilet paper.Worst thing is they have not removed the plastic covers from the matters. We couldn't sleep whole night due to the plastic cover sound. Seems newly constructed not yet finished.No restorent, only room service. They don't take any order before 8:00 AM and I had to leave at 8:00 AM so sacrificed my breakfast even though I had already paid for breakfast.I never stayed in such a poorly managed hotel.

The positive part is proximity to the airport part. The limited two staff boys tried hard enough to resolve issues. They are good. The hotel runs on 3 staff. Rooms are small. We had to change rooms twice. First due to ugly washroom, second due to non-working of AC. The hotel is new, so new that staff is yet to be recruited. Also, I don't think it's a good option for the family. Till the time the hotel itself gets settled, let's wait.

The hotel does not have proper tv setting it's not working also they don't provide ordering from room you have to go to the reception to order they did not provide a proper mug in the bathroom..... they provided lota instead of a mug the staff was not very well behaved as they are quite staring ....as if you are a alone female traveller it's kind of not safe ..... the cutlery in which they served breakfast is quite disappointing as if who serves chai in a glass ...... also kind of disappointed with the service the amount that I paid is not justified I didn't enjoyed my stay there at all.

pls don't go with this hotel. There are many issues in it. Unavailability of normal water in bathroom. TV is not working. Reception staff member was chewing pan masala.
