Nice stay. Location is around 10Km from Kasauli . Spacious apartment with basic amenities. No fridge , tea maker , steam not working . Its an apartment , so please do not expect Hotel like service by staff . Property is mainly recommended for long stays ( minimum a week ) since it has a kitchen too. For short stays of 1-2 days prefer luxury hotel as you will find many good hotels on Main Kasauli Road in Same cost . Tariff of Property is High compared to its average standard.

Located somewhere in the nowhere, royal pine hills failed to make it up to our expectations, surprise. Low service quality, frequent power outages, bad wifi connectivity, no mobile network - to name a few of the discomforts we had to go through during our stay. They provided us with an old menu with old prices but charged a whopping bill claiming the prices were updated without even a prior intimation, (we wouldn’t have ordered a chicken pakora plate which had 6 pieces in it) also not to forget ...more

The owner of the property takes good care himself! and the room i got had an amazing view. We got food on time. Rooms were well kept. Polite and courteous staff. Gave a family like warm feeling. I was referred to the place by office colleague. And now I myself will refer this place to others I know! rooms were clean. it has huge rooms. sitting arrangements were ample!

It was really a very nice stay. Everything was just awesome Location , A big room wid beautiful sit out place and last but but not least food was so delicious. Thanks to Mr. Tej pal ji and Mr. Baldev ji to make our stay comfortable . we'll try to visit again

a nice and cozy apartment with a beautiful view from the window, bathroom had a steam bath which was very relaxing. staff was courteous and food was delicious.
