Calm and quiet neighborhood. Excellent ambience. Nice decor of common areas and elevator. Room was spacious, linens very clean, fine drapings, neat and clean, decor of room was excellent. The bathroom and it's fittings were good. The commode could have been better. The toiletries were excellent. The restaurant was good and food was varied and excellent albeit a bit spicy. The staff were very very helpful. Overall a remarkable stay. Would love to choose this place again.

Room was same as it was shown while booking. Value for money. Breakfast spread was also very good in this value. More important wonderful hospitality for every staff.

Really I am happy to note that the service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. The brake fast was very good.
Location is better we have enquired about the hotel, it took some time .
I will advise to the front desk to be first so that fast check in will satisfy the costomer.. Parvez has given special attention to us so I thank s him specifically.
The dining staffs were very good.
It was a good stay.

Overall experience is Wonderful.
The location is good in the Main Centre in Srinagar locality, near to the city centre.
Hospitality is very good, staff always greet with smile and is responsive to every ask of the customer.
Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable
Amenities provided are also good in the room

The staff’s professionalism and genuine warmth create an atmosphere that feels like home. The Royal Plaza Hotel is very strategically located at the heart of Srinagar city, easy access to various restaurants, convenience stores and local street foods.
The hotel facilities are great, the room is clean and comfortable. The cafe served good and delicious foods.
The staff are very warm and friendly with good services. We had a great time staying at the Royal Plaza Hotel.

Extremely well located, almost in the heart of Srinagar. You can walk and explore nearby markets. They rooms were great and service was prompt. Food was delicious 😋
