I recently stayed at this hotel from 29th to 31st march and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite the attractive website and promising amenities, the actual stay fell far short of my expectations.Here are some of the issues I encountered:- The room was not clean upon arrival, with dust and stains visible on the furniture and carpets.- The bathroom was poorly maintained, with a leaky faucet and a shower that took ages to warm up.- The lunch buffet was poor quality, undercooked ...more

Please don't book this hotel, these blankets were provided by them, food price are high, can you imagine, green salad rs. 100, expensive. they will ask toh sign on 1 form with alot of teem condition, seems like you are entering pakistn border, and no one will come to pick your language and not even any staff with pick up your during check out.. veey bad experience... plzz dnt book.

very bad experience. room was not cleaned at all. bathroom are smell like hell. room service was not good. cutien and bed was not cleaned. they don't give anything what they mentioned in the bio. food was good. I don't recommend at all.

This is the worst hotel experience I have till date.1. The rooms were unclean. There were stains on the sheets and covers. 2. The bathroom had a foul smell. 3. we booked for 7 adults. one was for 4 people.(family room) and deluxe room that was mentioned could fit 3 adults. family room was decent sized. but Deluxe bed was small. we asked for an extra matress/bed. they were unable to provide. we asked for an upgrade then. which also they were not able to provide.3.
