washroom is very dirtystaff is very bad and talking in very bad way with and my wifepeople are smoking lift and also in reception areano official ask anyone to quit smoking in lift and reception arearooms are very smellyAC is not cooling roomI have to change the room twicevery very bad hotel, service, staff and rooms

It was a pleasent stay at Hotel Royal Sheraton, comfortable, neat and clean, friendly staff, close to HawaMahal & City Palace overall will look forward to try again on next visit to Jaipur.

Hotel room was average as windows don’t have grills also curtains are not in good condition otherwise everything is fine. Nice city view from top…Staff is friendly and helpful
