First of All Hotel is Not in Kasauli, 2 km is far from the highway
it is a new property and staff is not well trained. Services is so so
My experience was very worst .no TV recharge after many times request.ac was not cooling.there was a lot flies in room.no body hear ur voice for services.

It's far away from Kasauli main road or Market. no connection with Kasauli road, approx 30 km far from Kasauli market. not even a single shop of any type near the hotel. don't provide extra pillow and blanket.

Hotel is good but far away from Kasauli. Little bit overpriced. Staff Behaviour was nice.
Their location on Google maps is incorrect hence took 30 mins. more.
