we have been shifted to their personal lodges i.e haritha lodge i have informed that i was with my family also they told that the customer didn't not checked out from rr inn hotel so that we have been shifted to here then why app shows that there are room available while booking

i booked a standard non-AC room for 3 nights , paid Rs.3,811..the room was very small without any windows, the bed was also small for two persons , there was no such thing as room service as it is a lodge, not hotel.. however, there was no mosquito, room was very cool as the fan was working well.. the bathroom was very clean, flush was functioning well..so don't expect too much at this price ..if you want bigger room with proper ventilation and hotel like room service , then never book a room here

very very worst service. worst experience. i received from the hotelier. they are giving some other guest vacant room without cleaning. so i didn't stay there.

Good but stairs very small and nyaro and no lift. Hotel place is good and no noise.resturant near by hotel. shaping Mal infront of the hotel.

The receptionist is very courteous. The cleanliness and modern interiors of the room are just okay. All the aplliances worked and the usage of space is good. The room was very well lit with natural light as well as artificial. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. I wish the washroom a little bigger which would make it suitable. Infront of the hotel there is a super market.
