what an amazing hotel and top of that, the amazing staff... the reception guys are awesome,they go greater lengths to make your stay worthy. i travelled with my family, and now i am thinking why did i not get this hotel in 1st place. thank you rsb hotel :)

We want to cancel the hotel booking. We were unable to check-in due to heavy cloudburst. Please help us to cancel the bookings. And there is also no car parking which we struggled for more than half and hour but at last we were unsuccessful..Please cancel the stay and refund the payment

Small property but the rooms are decently sized. Good and clean enough for one or two nights stay (solo travel). Reasonably priced, almost budget friendly. There was a lingering smell in the room which was a bit off putting, they should definitely invest more in cleaning or room sprays because theres little to mo ventilation in A/c rooms and that can make even faint smells to linger for long. Small rooms. Good for a one night stay. Its a low budget hotel/Inn. The rooms are good only for sleeping after a days work.

property location is good, few years old property so it looks good. but the management of the property is pathetic. I would like to give zero rating for room service. they don't know other languages is a big turn off. I booked the property for two days but they started calling me for check out from the next day onwards. after checking out they haven't said anything but again they called me after 1day saying that sir your stay was for 3 days so please pay for one more day. all pathetic. food was ...more
