Main pool was not operational and it was under construction. they had a diff small sized pool jusr for the sake of pool there in backyard which was dirty and full of bees and aunts and small dirty particles all over the pool.

overall great experience. Nice place to stay. On the main road in & around market. Beach is 5 minutes walk behind the hotel through a lane. Rooms are good with all facilities & a balcony. A little more maintenance would make this property a 5 star property. Food quality requires attention.

it was awesome stay. we went during pick period of 15th Aug 2024.
It is located at prime location of Candolim. beach is hardly 300 m from resort.
They have very good and polite service staff. Rooms and swimming pool is very neat and clean.
I would recommend to choose this place for any category viz Couple, Freinda, Family etc
Neat and clean place.

this is situated at Aguada Calabgute road everything (Newtons, Delefinos, medical, SinQ, Candolim Beach) is very nearby literally in meters

Team was humble, cooperative and helpful.
It's value for money.
They serve good and enough qty of breakfast, however the qty served in restaurant is less as compared to the menu price.
We enjoyed the pool, it's very clean and well maintained.

Old is gold.
Bit old hotel, but one od the best maintenance. Staff, manager all are very prodessions.
In house restaurent is good as well.
