hotel was nice, but no room heater available, floors are not wooden, they charge 2000 for the wood fire to heat the room. food was average.

Reached quite late however the suite was good. Bathroom was okish. Although don't expect much in that area as it is remote. Food was okish as well.

Please listen to me carefully before you select this hotels. Firstly what you see in all pictures here is not exactly what you get there. The rooms are of medium sized but lacks basic amenities. In chilling cold, if you ask for any room heater or anything else even with extra money, nothing is available. Electricity is typical problem here and you have to tell repeatedly to start generator. TV and wifi will be written in your booking papers only but actually will remain out of order as they kn ...more

The hospitality is great. It's a Pure veg hotel and the food served is delicious.They make sure that the food served is hot and fresh. Also, the rooms have all the basic required amenities. Overall, it was a great experience. A must try, if you are opting to stay in Lachen. Hospitality & Food

Nice hotel at a remote location like Lachen. View from window was awesome. Restaurant is available but either pre order or include along with stay. Bathroom was massively big. Geyser was also available. Overall enjoyed our short stay.

The staff is not helpful at all. You have to wait for hrs to get the minimum basic service. All the staff are glued to their mobile. The Breakfast provided was inedible.

Hotel is located at good location but rooms are small in size and full of insects. Though staff was good and food is also good
