Worst Experience at Rufina lachung heritage.Mentioned 500 sq ft room and provided 150 sq ft room with no power back up, extreme temperatures inside the room with no heating, no hot water, stinking all around.Thanks to goibibo for defending us and shifting to a different property..

well maintained rooms. food quality was good and they catered to our special requests. the room service was quick they catered to our demand in food for children.

Hotel was very good. Amazing experience of Nature. I am vegetarian so it was nice experience as hotel provided with pure veg food and it was very delicious. Hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. overall wonderful experience

Very nice experience. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Hot water was available throughout my stay. All the amenities were prefectly working.

We had booked 2 rooms out of which one looked like it hadn't been cleaned. It was dusty and dirty and had insects. The linens were dirty and even the water jug had dust all over it. It looked like the water was stale. Food and service of the staffs were also below average. It is an okay hotel to stay for one night if you can tolerate the above mentioned points but it was definitely not worth the money that we paid. The only pro would be the location of the hotel as the views were good.

4* for room and 1* for food. lachung is remote area you won't get much options in food. even if you ask for soup they won't provide. but that's okay as in remote area. staff was good.

We faced a problem finding the hotel due to the wrong phn no provided in booking info and the map location given was also wrong.Hotel was all good rooms were spacy and excellent. Food was really expensive and they provide only thaali which i didn't like as they should also provide plate type system. Manager was too polite but the head kitchen staff was grumpy and only his behavior was not so good. Except him other staffs were very well behaved and helpful.
