The basic amenity like toiletries, clean bed sheets, clean towels are totally absent. Dinner was served by so long waiting. Tea bags etc were also nowhere at room. TV was not working. No table and chair was provided in the room. No intercom or call bell. A big joke to customers. We can like to call it Sarai in place of Hotel . Totally unsatisfied.One more couple also stayed in the hotel but he was also very sad with the behaviour of hotel. There is no staff. Only one person is there for reception, room service and for all things.

The hotel rooms, lining are not cleaned and the hotel is poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.
