The hotel is very good, all the facilities are very good and the staff is also very good. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel is very clean. This is my second stay in this hotel. I will stay in this hotel in the future also when I come here.

The room was neat and clean, food was tasty, qty was also good but price is high compared to others, one thing was missing is that staff was not friendly enough. they are like just doing their work. you have to go yourself in the room, by going alone. they only tell floor n room number.
otherwise it was a good experience.

It's a road touch property with decent rooms. Check-in process was smooth and the room was quite spacious & clean. WiFi connection had a good speed and coverage.
Staff was very professional, polite and provided a really quick room service.
The only problem was Hot Water. It was not available through tap/shower. The receptionist informed us that it was due to some maintenance activity. However the room service staff ensured that adequate hot water is made available in buckets as and when requested.
We ordered food from their restaurant and it was amazing. Taste, Quality & Quantity was superb.

1. The staff was well mannered & good.
2. On hygiene part the hotel needs to improve a lot .
a) The bedsheets & pillows were unclean.
b) There were mosquitos present in the room.
c) The wiring ducts were open from ceiling.
d) Basic toiletries were not present.
e) The toilet roll wasn't changed.
f) No dustbin present in the toilet.
g) There were no hangers in the cupboard.
h) The body wash was empty.
Room was not clean & hygiene standards were not maintained.
