Mass degradation in the standard of Service.There was a group of unruly bikers staying in the hotel who created a lot of commotion and noisy scenes the entire night.But unfortunately no action was taken by the hotel against them.Definetly my last stay in this hotel.

With the passage of time the standard of service has gone down.Though I was there for 5days,I was provided complimentary 1litre water bottle and complimentary tea kits for 2days only.There was a gang of unruly bikers who created a lot of commotion and noises in the night upto about 3am which affected the sleep,but no solid action was taken by the hotel administration.I was their regular customer but this is definitely my last visit to this hotel and I certainly won't be there again.

Strategically and centrally located in the Junction area of Siliguri.Very friendly and courteous staff especially Gyani ji.I suggest everyone visiting Siliguri to try this Hotel.Safe and secure atmosphere.

The hotel is in a great location, with lots of food options nearby, and the bus stand is just across the road. However, the bed sheets were very dirty, with clear stains visible, and the walls could use some renovation. Despite these issues, I loved the hotel for its location because it saved me a lot on transportation fares, and the nearby food options were excellent.

All amenities mentioned was available. My check-in time was 12pm but I arrived at 10am. Room given with no extra charge.
Food was from sher-e-punjab which was awesome and a single dish is enough for two persons.
The only drawback is geyser was switched off from reception and need to ask them to switch back on.
Single accomodation available and hotel is exactly opposite to tenzing norgay bus terminus.
