I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement to match the quality of the other meals. Overall, a great place to stay with just a bit of room for enhancement in the morning offerings.

Although the services are descent, the rooms are very small. The worst part is the dinner included in the package served in the room that is tasteless and looks stale.

only problem was queen size bed i had booked many times queen size bed but there bed was very very short the hotel western sagar sona

Not a good experience at all. Most irritating is to see the overused and dirty-looking bath towels, dirty-looking and blackish stained pillow cover, insufficient bathroom gadgets. Even toothbrushes had to be asked. Overall, not a good experience after checking in. Only the in-room service looks appropriate.
