as per my booking 3 bed but they provide us 2 bed only poor hospitality

very very bed experience. very very dirty hotel also room to let and bath also.room door not proper no stoper. when electricity power gone no any facilities hotel restaurants is not open in very early so some tourist who go very morning is no breakfast available all over is very poor and bed experience.

not matching with as you showed in description
no telephone in room
no proper cleaning in room
even some insects like cockroaches in rooms
TV is also not working
I think not matching with price point

nice and attentive staff and the front desk person is a gentleman, the only problem is network problem, near to dargah tea is also good

Room are not proper clean
Pillows and bedsheet are also not clean
Blanket also dirty and smelly
I do not order anything but the hotel charges are 30 rupees extra added but in market the kinley water bottle price rs 20 rupees also written on this portal but hotel charges are 30 rupees for this
