saiba hotel excellent location.
staff very cooperative.
only issue is about hot water which is only from 5 a.m to 10 a.m.

Room and washroom are maintained well. Wifi is available but signals are not reaching inside the room. Mosquitoes are there but hotel management provide all out. However hotel stay is good for families. Hotel is very very close to the temple.

stay is soo pleasant. staff are very cool persons. it's very near to temple as mentioned. just took 2 min walk. saree shops,tea shops are near. good parking place available.
I took the deluxe room and 3 people including my son we stayed. room is convenient and hot bath facility available from 5am to 10am.

I booked this hotel for 3days from 11to 14 oct. they only provided a small soap in wash room. Hot water is provided only for 5 Am to 10 am so I could not attend Sai baba Arati .We come for Arati and darshan to Shirdi so this hotel is for no use for devotees. There is no clock and photo of baba in room.No mineral water or tea maker is in room as per rating or cost of rooms .
