room was very spacious. but the footmat ( white towel )was extremely dirty and had big chunks of mud on it. bathroom was big but toilet spray on wrong side. how does one use it then. the restaurant was extremely filthy with waste on the floor, tables everywhere. room service for food, came on dirty serving bowls that i felt like puking seeing it. please improve on maintenance and service, as is the hotel is far from sai temple.

I will give this hotel average rating! The hotel room is spacious but the toilet seats and washbasin were not cleaned! There were no hangars in the cupboard. The bed sheets were very dirty. On speaking, the staff said that the Coffee had fallen a lot. When he asked to clean the room, he did not get the clean done and the receptionist told me that you did not say to clean the room and made guests a liar.If you want to stay there book offline with contacting them, if you book they will not treat you like other guests. I totally do not recommend this property

I've been visiting Shirdi for over five years, and Hotel Sai Bansi has stood out as one of my top recommendations.
