plus- close to baba temple and in a decent location. good restaurant as well minus- old rooms, very old towels, bed sheets, no bathroom supplies except a shampoo/conditioner

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with my stay. The air conditioning in my room was completely ineffective; it provided no cooling whatsoever. Furthermore, the AC unit generated a very loud and disruptive noise throughout my stay, making it difficult to rest. The bedding also felt unclean and not fresh, which further detracted from the comfort of the room. Overall, the service I received was subpar. These issues combined led to a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I hope these points are taken into consideration for future improvements.

It’s very Nice hotel to stay in Shirdi , Very humble & polite staff excellent room cleanness & safety as well. Just walkable distance from Sai baba temple. Highly recommended if you searching for stay in Shirdi with family.
