I booked a hotel in Jaipur ..SAI KRIPA HOTEL.
I booked 1 room for 2 adults..
But hotel provide me only single bed.and tell me if you pay another bed charge then I will provide you bed...
Very bad hotel.i feel that hotel reception person not cooperate me ...And talk in high tone.

Hotel service should more concern and fast.
Ducting facility is good but it mostly goes off. Need of a elevator because there is 3rd floor and guess 4th also.
