It was a bad experience. They have collected ₹ 450 from me for accommodating my daughter in the room as a third guest. However while issued the bill , the amount is shown as credit from me. So please refrain from advising the guests to take lodging at this hotel. I strongly believe that they have cheated me. What my experience at the hotel was not good, especially from front office staff. That is all.

Hotel is just 10 minutes of walking distance from Sai Complex Gate 2/1. Rooms are clean but bit small in size.
Location & cleanliness of the hotel was the best part.
