nice hotel...i booked a non-deluxe room without AC and in this amt it is worth paying. also the inhouse restaurant serves good food... well maintained dining area on ground floor..parking also available..hotel service also good n staff always co-operative.

Hotel Sai Palace is located on the road side , so you can find it very easily. It has small garden and snacks area in front side. Property looks little old . Room is spacious but not maintained well. Food is ok , Allo paratha and Tea was not good. Room service is not good. After 11 pm you will not be able to find anyone there to help you. In night, property will give you feeling of loneliness. The place is very nearby to bus stand, full of nature beauty. Very friendly staff. Food quality and quantity is good.

Pros: It's good location though no valley view, It's easy availability because of poor rating, Balcony attached
Cons:
1. Below average service.
2. Had not done dusting of the hotel room before arrival, hence dirty rooms.
3.Stayed for 2 days but did not provided towel or napkin.
4. Was not able to sleep whole first night due to mosquito's until I purchased Goodnight myself fir 2nd night.
5.Television CRT and that also 14 inch. it was just for namesake.
6.Washbasin was too small.
